Children across the UK will soon have the opportunity to catch up with lost lessons thanks to an exciting new tuition company, Top Marks Teaching.
The new venture has been launched by the team behind Lingotot, the international children's language franchise which has been running since 2010. As of January 2021, children and young people aged aged 5-16 will be able to join affordable small group private tuition sessions run in local community venues to catch up on missed lessons in maths, English, science, humanities and foreign languages. All in a bid to get them caught up to where they should be following lockdown earlier this year. Top Marks Teaching's founder and CEO, Angela Sterling, said: "After the success of Lingotot, I saw the opportunity to deliver that high standard of learning in a range of other subjects. I have seen first hand how far behind young people are and we'd like to be part of the solution." She continued: "What puts a lot of parents off accessing private tuition is the price and we want to help as many young people as possible by offering a range of subjects providing tuition for double the standard length of tuition slots all for the same price. We will also be working with local schools so we can offer free places to families who can't ordinarily access private tuition." To find out more, visit topmarksteaching.com
